Established in 2014, The Jeff Cohen Charitable Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit devoted to making a positive difference in Plymouth and surrounding South Shore communities. We at the JCC Foundation are simply here to help in any way that we can. Each year we hope to improve, and encourage others to help as well. Working together as a team, we plan on becoming a force in our community for years to come. With a little help from our community, and a little help from our friends, we will achieve that goal!
